STON's turret punch press lineup covers two distinct drive technologies to match your production requirements. The mechanical series uses flywheel energy storage for stable, consistent impact force at low operating cost — as low as 3 kWh per hour — making it ideal for high-volume, cost-sensitive production. The all-electric servo series delivers 405 hits/min with 5-axis control, oil-cooled constant temperature management, and a copper tile stamping structure for demanding high-precision applications. Both series share the same patented double-triangular crossbeam, dual-chain mold drive, and 32-station turret layout (16A, 11B, 3C, 2D including rotary stations), with Y-axis throat depth from 1250mm up to 2500mm — customizable to your sheet size.

Patented Double-Triangular Crossbeam

The patented double-triangular beam mounting bracket forms a triangular structure with the guide rail and lead screw, reducing lead screw load for low inertia, fast positioning, and minimal vibration — maintaining precision even at maximum feed speeds.
Dual-Chain Mold Drive System

The standard dual-chain drive system minimizes equipment failure caused by chain loosening and extends the chain tensioning cycle to over one year, reducing unplanned downtime in continuous production.
Patented Worm Gear Rotary Stations

Dual rotary stations use a patented worm gear hard-connection design with an internal copper shaft structure — wear-resistant, low-noise, and independently controlled for stronger rigidity and higher transmission accuracy.
Oil-Cooled Stamping Assembly

The fully enclosed oil-cooled stamping assembly is leak-proof. Oil immersion provides sufficient cooling and reduces friction, while the integral connection to the crankshaft ensures faster stamping response and consistent hit force.
Over-Tonnage Protection System

When pressure exceeds the set threshold, the system immediately cuts impact power, triggers the safety pin, or disengages the clutch — preventing overload damage to the machine body, crankshaft, gears, and tooling.
Stainless Steel Edged Composite Tabletop

Brush and omnidirectional steel ball composite tabletop with stainless steel edging resists wear and corrosion, protects workpiece surface quality, and is easy to clean — maintaining consistent sheet feeding accuracy over long production runs.
