It can continuously and automatically unwind, precisely level, servo-feed, and integrally form and cut metal coils without manual handling, resulting in high material utilization, smooth cuts, and minimal deformation, ensuring the flatness of the sheet material. It provides a stable and flat blank for subsequent cutting, stamping, and bending, realizing automated pre-processing from coil to sheet material.
Equipped with a high-power fiber laser cutting system, it achieves non-contact precision cutting, enabling efficient and complex blanking of leveled sheet metal. The cutting accuracy is high, producing smooth, burr-free cuts. Combined with intelligent nesting, it significantly improves material utilization, meeting the flexible processing needs of high-precision, multi-variety parts.
The CNC turret punch press and automatic loading/unloading system can complete various stamping processes such as punching, trimming, forming, louvering, and rib pressing. The entire process of automatic loading, sheet separation, positioning, unloading, and stacking is unmanned, with high processing efficiency. It is suitable for the efficient production of multi-hole, high-volume sheet metal parts, and complements the advantages of laser technology.
Equipped with a panel bender and an automatic loading and unloading system, it achieves integrated automatic feeding, positioning, bending, and unloading of sheet metal. It supports continuous completion of multiple bending processes, features angle compensation, ensures good consistency and high precision in bending dimensions, and allows for rapid switching of product programs to meet the needs of flexible and highly consistent bending forming.
Composed of a welding robot, positioner, tooling fixtures, and weld seam tracking system, it can realize automated welding such as butt welding, fillet welding, and spot welding. The welding process is stable, the weld seam is aesthetically pleasing, manual intervention and welding deformation are reduced, and welding quality and production continuity are improved.
