STON laser punch combination machines integrate CNC turret punching, forming, tapping and fiber laser cutting in one sheet metal production process.   • Fuselage

    It is constructed using thickened steel plates welded as a whole, and undergoes tempering, shot blasting, and aging treatments to completely eliminate internal stress. It remains undeformed under long-term high-speed and heavy-load operation, ensuring the stability, precision, and lifespan of the entire machine.

  • Turret

    The worm gear transmission uses a wear-resistant copper shaft structure, resulting in low noise. It features independent control of two rotary stations for high precision. The servo motor direct drive ensures fast stamping with low noise.

  • Rack And Pinion

    The entire system is equipped with a double-chain rack and pinion drive mold system as standard. It features high speed and acceleration, significantly reducing positioning time. It offers high positioning accuracy and stable repeatability (±0.01~0.02mm). Precision is maintained even over long strokes, making it suitable for large-format plate processing.

  • CNC Control System

    Integrated punching and cutting CNC system: A single system simultaneously controls the punch press, laser, and axis movements. Optional FANUC system available. One-time programming, fully automated, requiring no manual intervention.

  • Laser&Punch

    This machine offers dual functionality and integrates multiple processes. Stamping, forming, laser cutting, and blanking are all completed on a single machine with a single clamping operation. It occupies approximately 40% less space than a combined punch press and laser cutting system. It eliminates the time required for handling, secondary clamping, and secondary alignment.

  • Guide Rail Lead Screw

    Precision-ground racks, linear guides, and ball screws. Maintain high precision over long periods with minimal wear and extended lifespan. Remains stable even at high speeds, producing smooth, vibration-free cutting surfaces.

  • Laser Cutting

    Complementing punch presses: punch presses are highly efficient, while lasers offer flexibility. Fiber laser + autofocus head: high beam quality, fast response, and fine cutting kerf.

  • Patented Crossbeam

    Patented double-triangular beam mounting bracket. The guide rail, lead screw, and guide rail form a triangular structure, reducing the load on the lead screw, resulting in low inertia during high-speed operation, fast positioning, and low vibration.

  • Dual Guide Rails

    The dual rack and pinion system, combined with a lead screw, ensures stable operation at high speeds without vibration, resulting in higher acceleration and faster cycle time. It also provides more stable repeatability and positioning.

  • Electrical Accessories

    High-protection, brand-name electrical components: Schneider Electric, Siemens, etc., anti-interference, dustproof, and temperature resistant. Low failure rate, high stability, and long lifespan.

  • Panasonic Electric

    Panasonic servo drives and actuators from Japan. High response, high precision, and high reliability. No overheating or step loss during long-term continuous operation. Combined with dual drives/rack and pinion systems, the overall dynamic performance is top-notch.

  • Oil Cooler

    The oil-cooled system provides constant temperature control for the motor, guide rails, laser head, and oil tank. It is integrated, offers better cooling than water cooling, and has lower environmental requirements.
