It is constructed using thickened steel plates welded as a whole, and undergoes tempering, shot blasting, and aging treatments to completely eliminate internal stress. It remains undeformed under long-term high-speed and heavy-load operation, ensuring the stability, precision, and lifespan of the entire machine.
The worm gear transmission uses a wear-resistant copper shaft structure, resulting in low noise. It features independent control of two rotary stations for high precision. The servo motor direct drive ensures fast stamping with low noise.
The entire system is equipped with a double-chain rack and pinion drive mold system as standard. It features high speed and acceleration, significantly reducing positioning time.
