Punch head
The fully enclosed oil-cooled stamping assembly is leak-proof, with oil immersion ensuring sufficient cooling and reducing friction. It is integrally connected to the crankshaft of the assembly, resulting in faster stamping response.

Turret
Manufactured with precision machine tool standards. The center is aligned with the wheel and perpendicular to the large striking head, ensuring even and stable force distribution and saving energy.

Over-tonnage protection
When the pressure exceeds the set value, the impact power is immediately cut off / the safety pin is triggered / the clutch disengages to prevent overload damage to the machine body, crankshaft, gears, and molds.

Synchronous belt
The planetary reducer, combined with the double sprocket and double synchronous belt transmission method, makes the cutter head rotation more stable and the displacement accuracy higher.

Rotary stations
It adopts a patented worm gear hard connection design with an internal copper shaft structure, which is wear-resistant, low-noise, and features independent control of dual rotary stations, resulting in stronger rigidity and higher transmission accuracy.
