STON previously reported progress on the new factory in August 2026. The latest update highlights the structural progress of Workshop No. 1 and the office building as construction continues across the site.

Why Is STON Expanding Its CNC Machinery Manufacturing Base?

As an established CNC sheet metal equipment manufacturer, STON develops machinery for bending, punching, cutting, and automated sheet metal production.

The new factory project is intended to support the company’s growing international business and future manufacturing requirements.

STON’s expansion strategy focuses on three objectives.

1. Supporting Greater Production Capacity

Additional manufacturing space is planned to help STON accommodate future equipment orders and expand its production capabilities.

The new site is intended to provide more room for manufacturing operations as demand for CNC sheet metal machinery develops.

2. Strengthening Quality Control

The planned factory layout aims to support more systematic production organization and stronger quality management throughout the equipment manufacturing process.

STON expects the upgraded manufacturing environment to help improve coordination between processing, assembly, and quality inspection activities.

3. Improving Manufacturing Workflow and Delivery Capability

An optimized production layout is expected to improve the flow of materials and equipment between manufacturing stages.

These improvements are intended to support more efficient production scheduling and reliable order fulfillment for domestic and international customers.

Actual improvements in output and delivery performance will depend on construction completion, equipment commissioning, and subsequent factory operation.

Which STON Products Will the Factory Expansion Support?

STON specializes in CNC sheet metal processing equipment and customized automation solutions for industrial manufacturers.

The expansion is intended to strengthen manufacturing support for several of its established product categories.

Paneles Plegadoras CNC

STON’s CNC panel benders are designed for automated sheet metal forming, including multiple bends and complex panel structures.

The company’s product range includes press arm, suction cup, and automatic tool changing configurations for different workpiece and production requirements.

These machines serve manufacturers producing electrical cabinets, metal furniture, industrial enclosures, doors, and other sheet metal components.

CNC Turret Punch Presses

STON manufactures CNC turret punching equipment for sheet metal perforation, punching, and forming applications.

Its product portfolio includes machinery used to process holes, slots, ventilation patterns, and other functional features in sheet metal components.

The new manufacturing base is intended to support future production requirements for this equipment category.

CNC Press Brakes and Edge Bending Equipment

STON also provides CNC press brakes and flexible edge bending equipment for different metal forming applications.

These products form part of the company’s wider sheet metal processing portfolio, supporting manufacturers that require reliable bending equipment and customized production configurations.

Automatic Sheet Metal Production Lines

In addition to standalone machines, STON develops automation solutions that integrate different production stages.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, these systems may combine material handling, laser cutting, turret punching, CNC bending, and automated transfer equipment.

The expanded manufacturing base is intended to provide additional support for the production and integration of such customized solutions.

Building on STON’s Existing Manufacturing Capabilities

Founded in 2006, STON has developed manufacturing capabilities covering machine-frame processing, CNC machining, equipment assembly, and quality inspection.

Its existing 20,000 m² self-owned manufacturing facility supports in-house processing of machine beds and structural components, as well as precision assembly and equipment testing.

The new 35,000 m² factory project is a separate manufacturing expansion currently under construction. It should not be confused with STON’s existing operating facility.

STON’s investment in the new site reflects its continued focus on strengthening manufacturing infrastructure and supporting the development of CNC sheet metal equipment.

What Will the Expansion Mean for Global Customers?

STON supplies CNC sheet metal processing machinery and automation solutions to manufacturers in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other international markets.

For overseas equipment buyers, manufacturing capacity, quality control, and delivery reliability are important considerations when selecting a long-term machinery supplier.

The new factory is intended to help STON strengthen its ability to respond to these requirements.

Looking Ahead: Planned Production in the Second Half of 2027

STON plans to complete construction and begin formal production at the new manufacturing base during the second half of 2027.

With the main structures of Workshop No. 1 and the office building completed, the October 2026 update represents another construction milestone for the 35,000 m² development.

Work at Workshop No. 2 continues as the company moves forward with the remaining stages of the project.

STON will continue developing its manufacturing infrastructure to support CNC panel benders, turret punch presses, press brakes, and automated sheet metal production systems.
