3. Full Annealing on All Structural Parts
Every machine bed and structural component undergoes documented full annealing to eliminate internal stress, preventing dimensional drift over years of high-cycle operation.
4. All-Metal Lubrication Lines
Metal lubrication pipelines eliminate burst and crack risk common in plastic-tubing systems. Rated maintenance-free for the machine’s full service life.
5. Ground Lead Screw and Roller Guides
Factory-ground lead screws and pressure-block-mounted roller guides sustain ±0.1 mm dimensional accuracy and ±0.5°/m angular accuracy across extended production runs.
6. Automation Docking Interface
Standard docking port compatible with robotic arm, gantry, and truss-type loading systems. Supports future line automation upgrades without replacing the panel bender.

The lubrication pipeline is maintenance-free throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment, eliminating the risk of plastic lubrication pipeline bursting during the later stages of equipment use.
The spindle is equipped with a ground lead screw as standard, and the spindle adopts heavy-duty roller guides. All spindle guides are installed using pressure blocks.
We offer both cast iron and welded steel plate bed options to meet your diverse needs. All bed and structural components of both types undergo annealing to remove internal stress accumulated during manufacturing.
Based on customer needs, we customize pressing knives, folding knives, and automatic tool assembly tools. Starting from customer drawings and requirements, we can customize special tools according to the special characteristics of the workpiece process to meet the production and processing needs of different workpieces.
Depending on the workpiece bending requirements, upper and lower auxiliary cutters can be selected, and the length of the auxiliary cutters can be customized to meet the needs of local small-scale bending of the workpiece.
Specifically designed for thick plates, it can be equipped with a separate W-axis motor, or upgraded to a three-motor drive mode for the W/X/Z axes, providing powerful performance for bending. The machine body has also been upgraded accordingly, making it thicker and more stable.
Customized and upgraded specifically for bending processes of special workpieces to meet the lifting requirements of the workpieces, with customized clamping methods, C-axis lifting, magnetic grippers and other configurations.
It uses Schneider Electric, Airtac pneumatic devices, Huichuan/Trio brand servo drives/motors, etc., all of which are top-tier domestic and international brands.
The high-end customized upgrade can meet the tool adjustment needs when switching between different workpieces, and can also meet the tool adjustment needs during the processing of special workpieces.
The system retains the automatic loading and unloading docking port, which can be matched with almost all brands of robotic arms and automated loading and unloading gantry on the market.
