CNC panel bender (press arm type) designed specifically to solve that problem at the production level. It's not a general-purpose bending machine. It's a purpose-built automatic panel bender for manufacturers who produce panel-type sheet metal parts at volume — enclosures, cabinets, doors, frames, and similar formed parts — and metal furniture industries who need reliable, high-accuracy sheet metal bending in production environments.The machine brings together a rigid machine body, all-electric servo control, multi-axis linkage, and a disturbance compensation system to deliver consistent CNC sheet metal bending results without constant manual recalibration.

6. Automation Docking Interface
Standard docking port compatible with robotic arm, gantry, and truss-type loading systems. Supports future line automation upgrades without replacing the panel bender.

Compensation rapid adjustment device
It allows for convenient adjustment of bending accuracy and angle at every position along the entire bending line, meeting customers' high-precision bending needs. A significant advantage is the ability to quickly adjust bending accuracy after changing workpieces, with efficiency orders of magnitude higher than shim-type adjustments.

Metal lubrication lines
The lubrication pipeline is maintenance-free throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment, eliminating the risk of plastic lubrication pipeline bursting during the later stages of equipment use.

Grinding screw
The spindle is equipped with a ground lead screw as standard, and the spindle adopts heavy-duty roller guides. All spindle guides are installed using pressure blocks.

We offer both cast iron and welded steel plate bed options to meet your diverse needs. All bed and structural components of both types undergo annealing to remove internal stress accumulated during manufacturing.
