Uncoiling
The uncoiler is used to unwind the strip coil and establish a synchronous material balance with the leveler. The machine body and base are welded structures and undergo heat aging treatment.

Leveling
Different leveling machines can be customized according to your plate thickness and leveling accuracy requirements. The leveling rollers are made of 40Cr material, and the bearings of the work rollers are all self-aligning bearings or needle roller bearings, which have high load-bearing capacity, low friction, and long service life.

Sistema de controle CNC
It utilizes a professional PC industrial control computer with a graphical interface for easy operation. It is compatible with professional drafting software such as AutoCAD and CorelDraw, and equipped with a cutting process parameter database. Cutting parameters can be adjusted in real time during the cutting process to achieve optimal cutting quality.

Tool Worktable
The worktable adopts a top-mounted, high-density worktable with a rotating platform design, which can prepare for the next loading while processing, greatly improving work efficiency.

Water Cooling System
The professional-grade water cooling system enables dual temperature and dual control. Two water circuits cool two core locations respectively. The temperature of the chiller unit is displayed digitally. When the water temperature exceeds the specified temperature, the chiller unit will automatically cool; when the water temperature falls below the specified temperature, the chiller unit will automatically stop cooling.

Automatic Feeding
It adopts a high-precision ground rack for precise transmission and a servo control system to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine tool during high-speed operation.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
An integrated pump station is used to provide hydraulic power to each cylinder, and corresponding relief valves, pressure gauges, pressure regulating valves, check valves, solenoid valves, etc. are provided.
