1. High-Rigidity Machine Body

3. Mechanical Compensation for Straight Bends
The compensation system helps offset slider and worktable deformation, improving workpiece straightness and bending accuracy across the full length.
4. Closed-Loop Grating Ruler Feedback
The grating ruler provides real-time position detection and feedback, supporting high positioning accuracy and low repeatability error.
5. Multi-Axis CNC Back Gauge
The back gauge enables precise positioning and flexible adjustment for multi-segment bending and complex sheet metal parts.
6. Optional Automation Expansion
The machine can be expanded with automatic loading and unloading systems or robotic arms to reduce manpower and improve production efficiency.
Made of high-strength steel plate and welded and treated with annealing, shot blasting and aging, it has good rigidity, small deformation, and stable precision over long-term use, making it suitable for high-precision, large-tonnage bending processing.
Available models include DELEM53T, 58T, 66T, and 69T, as well as the optional Italian ESA system. Multiple sets of process parameters can be stored programmably and recalled with a single click, ensuring precise control over bending angles and stroke.
Equipped with electrical components from ESTUN and Siemens, it boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, a low failure rate, safe and stable operation, and supports continuous, long-term, and efficient operation.
Equipped with a mechanical compensation system, it effectively counteracts the deformation of the slider and the worktable, ensuring uniform bending angles throughout the entire length and improving the straightness and accuracy of the workpiece.
High-precision grating ruler provides real-time detection and feedback in a closed loop, ensuring high positioning accuracy and low repeatability, enabling precise bending and meeting the needs of high-precision sheet metal work.
The molds are highly versatile and quick to install, and can be equipped with corresponding molds according to different customer products.
